A pleasant surprise!

Just wanted to leave a review to reassure people who are nervous about ordering like I was after seeing all the bad reviews here.

After reading all the negative reports here I was very hesitant to order. But they had an out of print RSVLTS shrirt that wasn't available anywhere else and I just couldn't resist.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! My order was dispatched within 24 hours and it arrived exactly as described and in pristine condition. My only complaint is they don't ship to Australia so I had to use a parcel forwarding company.

Scam website. Avoid. They do not reply.

Scam website. No customer service. Never reply to emails & no telephone number to contact them on. No other way of contacting them. Sent out a faulty product. Unable to return or get a refund as they don't reply. Avoid like the plague.

Blu-ray delivery slow but okay

Ordered a blu-ray of No Time To Die on Sunday 9th January as a gift for direct delivery to the recipient and only looked up the reviews of this retailer after a few days with no news. I will admit, I was pretty sceptical it would ever be shipped! The further it got through the week the more worried I became but then suddenly at 10pm on Thursday 13th January I got a ship notification. It was delivered on Monday 17th and the recipient is delighted.

I wouldn't rate them highly as a retailer as it did take almost a week to ship it and I didn't feel they would have been easy to contact had I needed to, however it was delivered within an acceptable period of time and the recipient is happy. So if perhaps you are in no hurry for something like a blu-ray or DVD give them a try, but having read reviews here I would not trust them with anything big or expensive.

Took £143.99 off of me 🤯

Took £143.99 off of me for a 4k blu-ray collection, no sign of my order on my account, sent wbshop my receipt of purchase..had no reply about my order. had to open a case on paypal….very disappointed.

Basically a scam

As others have stated, this website is basically a scam.

I placed an order for a Ted Lasso sweater to be shipped mid October (even paid for expedited shipping). You know, for Halloween. Here in November, still no delivery in sight. And after several emails, they say they can’t cancel the order. So they'll happily take your money but who knows if you’ll ever receive your order.

The ironic thing is people were selling Ted Lasso merch on Etsy and WB seemingly shut them all down… so that they could open what amounts to a fake store. So WB has plenty of money for lawyers but none to do the bare minimum that is required of an online store. Embarrassing.

Terrible Customer Service

It's almost comical how terrible the WB Shop's customer service is. I ordered a hoodie on 10/12. When I ordered it, the website stated that it would take 3-4 business days for the order to ship, and an additional 4-7 business days for the item to be delivered after it was shipped. After not receiving a shipping notification after 4 business days, I emailed their customer service to find out what the status was. No response. After emailing again, they responded by telling me my order would ship "on or around 10/27". Confused, I asked them why it was now 11 business days to ship, instead of the promised 3-4 business days. So began the thread of emails with customer service trying to gaslight me, apologizing for "my confusion" and that it takes 3-4 business days to ship and then 4-7 business days to be delivered. I kept pointing out that the problem was it had been well over the promised 3-4 business days and my item still had not been shipped, and they were not addressing the issue at hand. Eventually, I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere as it was like talking to a brick wall, so I wait for 10/27. The 27th comes and goes, and no hoodie. I email again, and this time am simply told that my order will be delivered by 11/12, but they wouldn't actually tell me when the item was supposed to ship now. At this point I doubt I'm going to even receive the item I ordered - and trying to talk to their customer service is clearly useless. These people are the worst, please take your money elsewhere and save yourself an enormous headache.

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. You will only get automated messages. There is no contact phone number. You might as well throw your money in the ocean. Ordered over a month ago and still waiting for any notice. Tried to cancel. They do not allow it. Worst on line experience ever

WBshop is a scam

I should've acknowledged the red flag about them not even having a customer service number, I've emailed their customer service twice and haven't heard a word back in over 2 weeks about my "pending" package that I ordered over a month ago. Don't waste your time or money.

Making It Up As They Go

I ordered two sweatshirts and a hat from the TV show Ted lasso. After receiving a couple of BS emails regarding the time frame for my shipping arrival, a month after its actual due date, they tried to give me the excuse that embroidery takes extra time. they refunded the nine dollar shipping charge and apologised for their mistake yet the quality of the sweatshirts is subpar. I can only assume that the quality of the hat will be equally as bad. do better #warnerbrothers
